Vejam bem, no passado, tentariam sair do momento Agora e de seu corpo. Vocês tentariam negar o Agora e ir a outro lugar. É o que Moshe quis dizer quando falou “Estejam na sua verdade”. A sua verdade é que vocês são humanos. Vocês estão aqui agora. Não tentem partir. Esse é o Agora Expandido.

O Agora Expandido é a Nova Energia. É uma das leis naturais da Nova Energia. Vocês podem estar totalmente presentes e ainda incluir tudo mais. Quando vocês não têm medo de que um outro alguém possa consumi-los ou controlá-los, então, vocês podem abrir esses campos de energia no Agora Expandido.

Sua consciência expande-se nos níveis multidimensionais em que estão no Agora Expandido. Onda solar e eclipse

Onda de choque Interplanetária: Uma ionda de choque nterplanetária possivelmente associada com a explosão solar de 17 de maio chegou à Terra a 20 de maio por volta das 02h UT. O impacto gerou actividade geomagnética em redor dos poles e várias auroras de alta -latitude (ver links #1, #2).

INTERPLANETARY SHOCK WAVE: An interpanetary shock wave possibly associated with the M5-class solar flare of May 17th swept past Earth on May 20th around 0200 UT. The shock's arrival caused geomagnetic activity around the poles, and several outbreaks of high-latitude auroras. Images: #1, #2.

FANTASTIC ECLIPSE: The Moon passed in front of the sun on Sunday, May 20th, producing a deep solar eclipse visible across the Pacific side of Earth. Sunlight dimmed, the air cooled, ordinary sunbeams turned into fat crescents and rings of light. Here is a sample view from Lake Waconia, Minnesota:

"I drove to the lake, and a couple of fishermen were kind enough to drop their lines in the glitter path of the eclipse," says photographer Tyler Burg. "It was a fantastic composition!"

VENUS TRANSFORMED: Something special is happening to Venus in the evening sky. The second planet is diving toward the sun for a much-anticipated transit on June 5-6. As Venus turns its night side toward Earth, the planet is transforming into a beautifully slender and colorful crescent:

John Chumack of Dayton, Ohio, took the picture on May 14th using a 10-inch telescope. "I was blown away by the sight of Venus," he says. "The planet was 14% illuminated, 47 arcseconds in diameter, and blazing at -4.43 magnitude."

The crescent shape of Venus is easy to see in good binoculars or small telescopes. No special observing experience is required. Just find Venus in the western sky after sunset (you can't miss it), point and look. A good tripod to hold the optics steady is recommended.

As the evening wears on and Venus sinks toward the horizon, the refractive effect of Earth's atmosphere splits the crescent into the colors of the rainbow. Kevin R. Witman of Cochranville, Pennsylvania, observed the phenomenon on May 11th: "Earth's atmospheric refraction of Venus's ample light made a beautiful image through my 10-inch telescope."

May Energy Forecast - The Flush, The Birth, The Rising Heart

The energy of May began with a bang. January 1st 2012 was the last time we opened a month with such strong energy of new potentials. This May 1st Birth Energy lasted a few days, and has now quietened again as I finish writing this forecast on May 5th.

Many of you will have deeply felt it, been catalysed by it and felt a resulting surge of energy in you that was clearly new life emerging. Throughout May this birth energy will continually resurface, and so the experience of May will be of (faster than ever) expansion and contractions.

These are the labour movements/pains for us as a changing planet and people, as the baby is getting closer to its birth now. The baby being our new world. This means the contractions will be felt more deeply by those who were unaware they were birthing. So challenges for everyone in various areas of life are an ongoing theme, but if you are used to this theme and learning to stabilise it, you will easier breathe through the contractions and harness the heights available in the expansions.

In the expansion lies the energies of excitement and anticipation - an ever closer sense of the baby's arrival. This can also lead to the feeling of wanting to prepare and organise areas of your life. May will see many of you organising, tidying, and de-cluttering, to get your space fresh and ready for the new. This practise will lead to stronger manifestation so de-clutter with love and intention, for the highest effects.

Excitement and feeling truly alive in your heart center will be stronger than ever in May, as June will usher in a wave of greater heart energy than we have yet seen on our planet. So those of you who have already experienced the miraculous moments in recent months (synchronicities, heightened telepathic and sensory experiences, deeper sense of love and oneness) can expect a growth of this. And the better you get at supporting yourself through the contractions, the more regular the miraculous will become.

The contractions I speak of do serve us, even though some of you may be struggling to welcome them. They serve the need for us each to flush out what is dense and and out-dated in our lives. This 'flush' theme, which has been strong since 2012 began, will rise to an intense peak in May, with the 15th being indicated as a high point.

Many of you have completed this phase already and cleared through so much of the past. So for you, May will mostly be about new foundations for your future appearing to you, and being consciously built and directed by you.

More than at any time in our generation's history, these new foundations will be nothing like your previous ideas for life – perhaps even nothing like what you were planning to do as recently as 3 months ago. Trust this if this is your reality, as you are truly not alone. You are part of the world shift right now, and many others are riding the same 'sudden change' crest of the wave that you are on.

Where previously the parameters of our societies would bind and keep us herded, we are in a rapid 'out with the old, in with the new' period. So a desire to implement sudden change or taking impulsive action will reign more than usually for a lot of people. You may experience nervousness with this new boldness, and uncertainty about your choices will be a mental symptom from time to time. But know that these symptoms are part of the journey of your deeper awakening. You are stepping away from the road well travelled, and onto the road your intelligent body (rather than your mind) wants you to walk.

So remember, if you feel off centre or emotional at times (which is highly likely during these release periods), you can connect up into your higher self, or the greater spirit to re-empower yourself. Just close your eyes and imagine a column of light extending from the top of your head, up into the sky. Feel that connection and remember you are not alone. This column connects you to the universal life force, and can calm the body when it becomes too invested in what is going on horizontally on Earth and forgets that you are connected to everything.

For those of you who didn't experience yourself 'flushing' the past recently, the flushing experience may now be intense for you, and come in pulses. From April 29th onwards, a pulsing energy has been present universally, preparing us for the birth of June's greater heart energy. This energy ushers in a deeply creative and innovative time of renewal for the individual and the planet. This period will see a new and rapid phase of our society freeing itself from so many existent shackles. So there is a lot on the way, and we can all feel it.

Breathe. Remember to breathe.

You will know you are still flushing if challenges are manifesting regularly. These challenges take the form of pure feelings (feeling emotional or off balance with no identifiable external cause) or triggers in your external circumstances (something in your life which causes sadness or anxiety to rise in you).

The emotional journey of the flush is overcoming painful or difficult feelings from your history at rapid speed. This is often coupled with mental overactivity, as the mind tries to reassess previous actions and experiences, in order to resolve and move on.

Surrender to releasing the feeling, connect regularly with your higher self (your connection to everything and everyone), and physically nurture yourself at moments of greater stress or intensity. Thoughts are only thoughts, however persistent they may be, and an overactive mind is a response to an emotional energy field that is out of balance in the body. So dive into the body and the feelings to allow the rebalancing process. Several of these techniques may help;

• Meditate (to clear the mind)
• Sit or lie down and focus on breathing deeply and consciously into your belly, for at least 10 minutes at a time
• Exercise physically/do yoga or similar energy practises
• Feed the body with good and light nutrition and plenty of water
• Create (paint, write, cook, sing, dance, build...the list is endless)
• Communicate what needs to be expressed from within (write out your thoughts/feelings/reflections on paper)
• Seek the company of good and easy souls, for playing or just being together

These methods will all help get you into the body and release an over expressive mind, particularly when choosing to practise several of them daily.

New life is birthing and in these first days of May, some of you will experience the rapid intensity of giving birth. Pre and post-natal depression or fatigue will be a symptom for the creative among you, so remember to rest between times of output. Output that will feel compulsive for many creators among you, as you will want to 'do' with the energy that surges through you.

This surge is also because the future, which in recent months held more of a blind spot than usual for many of us, is starting to open up again. The visionaries among you will feel as if you can see further ahead than you have in a long while, so dreaming and intending for the most peaceful planetary shift possible, will be a wonderful way to support our world and your personal journey right now. This intention will also be a wonderful support to the rising 'creator energy' on Earth, which is working to pave a new heartfelt road.

Finally, regarding communication in relationships, be conscious of the energy of war in relationships in May. Communicate through your friction points with others only when you absolutely feel you need to, as many of you will be in 'the flush' and simply replaying past situations and events in your life.

It will be better to try and clear through the unresolved memory or feeling in yourself before playing it out with somebody else. 2012 emotions are very heightened, as we are each moving fast through multiple timelines in ourselves, yet rarely at the same place as each other at the same time. Clashes can easily occur because everyone is feeling more passionately, yet we are all also more in our own worlds and personal timelines than ever before. So trying to replay the past with other people, in order to seek resolution, can spectacularly backfire on you in times like these.

So if you feel to play it out with someone, first ask yourself what will it achieve? If you are trying to resolve a lingering emotion inside yourself or a judgement on 'what happened', remember that the past is gone. So even if your mind insists that you were provoked by another, only you can help yourself by letting the lingering feeling flush through you. When someone has been on the receiving end of violence from another person, they do not go back to that person and ask them to heal the bruises they inflicted. They retreat and let the body do it's inner work. The same principle applies here for peace.

These memories resurface to teach us so we can let go for the future. They are not here to teach us that we got it wrong in the past.

Finally, laugh and smile as much as you can. We are manifesting new life on Earth, so let's infuse it with passion and positivity, for energy creates.

So choose what energy you want to birth in the world, and focus on becoming it. The potentials within you are infinite and the universal power within you, is being remembered.

And that is a very good thing.

M1.4 Solar Flare / Explosão solar - Chega à Terra pelo dia 10

M1.4 Flare Around New Sunspot Region 1476 - May 5 2012

2 more M flares

Today at 13:23 UTC a M1.4 solar flare occurred around sunspot region 1476. This new sunspot region is located on the far Northeastern limb of the solar disk and is today rotating into a more Earth directed position.  As this region rotates over the Northeast limb, we can see it has a large leading penumbra making more major flares  from 1476 possible. This will bring a rise in the quiet solar activity we have seen over the last few months. We will be keeping a close eye on the solar activity and update you all with any changes or events that occur

A M1.3 flare peaking @ 23:02 UTC May 05 and a M1.1 flare peaking at 01:18 UTC May 06

   We also have a very large Coronal Hole that is rotating the Earth facing side of the sun right now. The solar winds from this Coronal Hole are expected to arrive on or around May 9th

A low-level M-Class flare reaching M1.4 just took place around Sunspot 1476 at 13:23 UTC. Solar winds flowing from coronal holes should reach Earth on May 9-10.

A new and fairly large Sunspot continues to rotate into view off the northeast limb. This region has produced numerous C-Class flares thus far, the largest of which being a C6.8 flare at 09:34 UTC Saturday morning. The emergence of this apparently significant active region could herald an increase in solar activity.

It is time for powerful life-transforming ceremony and illumination.  This Scorpio Full Moon is also called the Wesak Moon, the most auspicious day in Buddhism, for it celebrates the birth, enlightenment and death of Buddha.  In this energetic opposition between Taurus and Scorpio, we are all called to the great union with Nature and the heavens, celebrating the Divine within Nature and within ourselves.  Like the Buddha, we are called to acknowledge the divine spirit in our human nature as we overcome and release the emotional demons that plague us and separate us from our spiritual inheritance.

This Taurus/Scorpio Full Moon asks us to become aware of the people and things we give the highest value to, and to look at the emotional trauma that keeps us apart.  It’s time to question our values and beliefs about money, power, happiness and our connection to each other and to the Earth.  There are powerful forces at work determined to keep the old system alive, regardless of how many people and places it destroys.  But we are equally powerful, and the Cosmos is lending us energy to break-through our paralysis and stand up for our beliefs. 

There are so many issues that come to the surface with this Full Moon in Scorpio /Taurus. Many of them have been highlighted in the past few months. Besides the Sun/Moon opposition, there is the Mars /Neptune opposition which have been with us for a few months by now. Our actions are still not where we want them to be. We make plans, we try hard, and yet for some reason when it’s time to actually manifest, we end up with a diffused product. We are angry and we don’t know why, we want to change things and we don’t know where to start. We feel tired unexpectedly, and many have the feeling of loosing trust with themselves and with the world.

The Scorpio Full Moon stresses truth and emotional truth. Scorpio rules what is hidden and at the core of an issue. All souls, structures and systems must recalibrate to a higher calling of Truth. We are entering the Age of Truth, the Age of Empowerment. Pluto, Scorpio’s ruling planet teaches us about power. How we use power. How we get power. How we own our power and/or how we give our power away.

The Scorpio Full Moon is revealing the hidden motivations, hidden agendas and important truths about the misuse of power and our resources worldwide.  We are changing from short-term, shortsighted gains to long-term, life-enhancing goals.

The power is with the individual. The power is with individuals coming together in groups— power teams. From the grass roots up, we are transforming the world from darkness into the Light. Remember that action speaks louder than suffering. Do what empowers you.

We can use our desires to raise Consciousness. This Full Moon is also known as “Wesak” – celebration of Buddha’s birth & enlightenment.  We are reminded to attune ourselves to Buddhic/Christ level Consciousness. This level of facilitates the expansion of consciousness beyond separative individuality and a union with others as the Divine within all. This level brings happiness, bliss and expansion of love in all our relationships with ourselves, each other and the world.

Relembramos este texto, pois tal é agora apropriado. Maio é o mês da Paz e assim o celebraremos na EVEA.

Ontem dia 1, respiramos essa energia que se apresenta em plena compaixão, energia que desperta, que relembra a Luz, o divino que existe em cada ser humano e em toda a Criação. É tão belo esse sentir, esse respirar, como uma onda que pacifica o coração.

“A  Paz esteja convosco”, assim começou Sananda no Encontro que tivemos em 15 de Abril, “pois onde há a Paz, há essa Aceitação, vulgo Confiança, que permite chegar a esse ponto onde Tudo vai bem na Criação. E poderíamos apenas com estas palavras encerrar esta nossa conversa, uma vez que aí tudo está resumido, sintetizado, destilado. Que a Paz esteja convosco! Que desperte essa Aceitação, essa Confiança. Se há essa paz, essa aceitação, essa confiança sabe-se, sente-se que Tudo está a seguir o rumo, o ritmo que vai de acordo com esse respirar do fundo da alma. Quando há essa paz, essa aceitação, essa confiança, a Alma está presente, o Espírito está presente, Tu estás presente, e não há dúvidas, não há o questionar, não há o recear. Mas hoje aqui é apropriado deixar trazer estas dúvidas, estas questões, estes receios ao de cima, por isso aqui estamos para que esta paz, esta aceitação, esta confiança façam essa alquimia, essa transmutação, essa unificação de tudo o que És. (…).

“Então sente, observa se essa paz, essa aceitação, essa confiança que trazem essa leveza, esse brilho no olhar, esse sentir de um amor imenso e profundo, para lá das qualificações, das explicações, das descrições das palavras humanas…, se ainda tens ‘algo’ na tua vida é porque te está a servir para de algum modo ser uma experiência nesse teu caminho. Agora, se não serve mais, basta escolher, escolher o que de facto é importante, o que ressoa, o que desperta essa paz, essa leveza, essa alegria, esse amor e focar no que realmente desejas, queres, escolhes…

“No entanto também te dizemos para lá de todo este libertar, este deixar ir da ilusão, das sombras, há muito mais que se passa em ti e nesse corpo que é o veículo, o espelho, o filtro, o foco do sentir, dos sentidos humanos e angelicais. O teu corpo… enquanto vires o teu corpo como algo separado do Espírito, da Alma, verás sempre tudo o que acolhes e sentes de um ponto de dualidade, de separação, dor infligida por outrem, então nunca assumindo verdadeiramente a responsabilidade, os teus dons criadores. Então vê, então sente: o teu corpo, a tua mente, o teu espírito unificados e sabe que tudo em Ti , nos planos mais densos do teu ser estão em requalificação, em reconfiguração, em renascimento, e tu escolhestes que assim seria, que não precisarias de desencarnar para incorporar o teu Eu Divino. Então tens de passar por uma morte e renascimento em estado desperto, acordado, vivo, sentindo tudo, e isso traz sim pressão, acção interna, remodelação, desconforto. Então honra, honra as tuas escolhas, o teu corpo, a tua mente o teu espírito.”

Estás disposta/o em Maio a assumir a paz em todo o teu Ser?

Estás disposta/o em Maio a transmutar, a purificar o teu Ser mais e mais de tudo o que te turva o olhar?

Aproveita esta onda de consciência que percorre o planeta por estes dias, em Maio em particular com a consciência de Maria e todas a Ordem das Marias, amparando e impulsionando toda essa renovação e renascimento, esse despertar, essa subtilização das energias, esse desvelar do véu. Aproveita este impulso que no dia 5, numa tríade 5-5-5, pois 2012 é um ano 5, traz essa compleição, essa unificação energética, alterações eletromagnéticas, naquilo que será o fenómeno da Super-Lua no dia 6: a proximidade deste astro do nosso planeta como nunca antes. Aproveita o grande eclipse solar de 20 de maio que introduz as grandes movimentações de Junho com um eclipse lunar no dia 4, o transito de Vénus de 6 para 7 e o Solstício de verão no dia 20. Hummm… Os astros movem-se, a consciência move-se…

Neste turbilhão de energias, mantém-te no teu Ponto de Presença, na tua respiração sagrada, aquela respiração que vai além do impregnar automático do corpo de ar, uma respiração consciente, de vida, sentindo todo o corpo, respirando com todo o corpo, atenta, alerta ao que se sente, aonde há tensão, aonde há bloqueio, aonde há relaxamento: consciente… convidando Vida, Alegria, Paz... convidando a Ti mesma/o a estar presente, a manifestares-te a expressares-te. E lembra-te que nada dessa confusão que se passa no exterior ao teu Ser tem a ver contigo, só se tu o permites!... faz essa escolha – constante – de te manteres bem presente, livre, purificada/o, pacificada/o. Deixa ir tudo o que não te pertence: tudo é ilusão, pois a tua Essência não tem desequilíbrio, dor, doença, desgosto, medo, escassez seja do que for…[1]

Mantém-te bem no Agora pois é o único momento de Criação, é o único instante onde podes avançar, onde podes sentir, onde podes Ser! Maria, no hebraico Maryam ou Miryam provém de marah que significa dominar, donde Maria seria a Senhora e Yam Deus, o divino. Em aramaico, Marya é senhor. Mas a origem provável desta palavra e suas derivações será da língua egípcia myr – amada – ou mr – amor e em que Mar-Yam significa a ‘amada de Yavé[1]/de Deus’ ou, mais ainda, em que a contracção Mir-Yam leva ‘Aquele que ilumina’. E aqui temos a semântica, as palavras a recordar a energia contida no tom harmónico que a identifica. MA-Ri-Ah remete para frequência bem mais antiga (lê-se Márriá).
